ABOUT ME

Renew Coaching & Consulting is led by Aoife Fay.  Aoife is a qualified Personal, Executive and Business coach accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).  She has strong communication and relationship building skills and is passionate about helping others help themselves.  Aoife will help you clarify and focus on what is important to you.

Aoife enjoyed a successful career in Irish and international financial services for over 20 years at senior management level.  She is a Chartered Accountant and Qualified Financial Advisor.  She is a non Executive Board Director with MABS and sits on the Audit and Risk Committee of Trocaire. She has a particular interest in the impact of culture and behaviour on the success of organisations.
